Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered for publication in any other forum. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically, in PDF format and formatted using the CPS camera-ready templates available at: Word Template or Latex template
Full research papers cannot exceed 8 pages in length. There is also a short paper track with 4-page length. Both short paper and regular paper are invited for presentation.

New Accepted workshop papers will be published together with the main SKG 2019 proceedings. There is no difference between, short papers, regular papers, workshop papers in publication, presentation time, attendance of conference, and registration.
New When a paper is accepted. It will be included into the final proceedings. The proceedings publication is managed by CPS. The camera-ready versions of accepted papers will be requested to be formated and submitted to the CPS official site. The proceedings will be made after conference. The conference also will recommend selected papers to SCI-indexed international journals after conference. Please wait our email-notification for further special issue submission.
SKG 2019 will not consider any paper that, at the time of submission, is under review for or has already been published or accepted for publication in a journal or another conference. Once submitted to SKG 2019 , authors may not submit the paper elsewhere during SKG 2019 's review period. These restrictions apply only to refereed journals and conferences, not to unrefereed forums or workshops with a limited audience and without archival proceedings. Authors must confirm that their submissions conform to these requirements at the time of submission.
Program committee (PC) members will be assigned to two or three submissions based on research expertise and interest. PC reviewers will make recommendations to the chairs, who will make all final decisions following full consultation with members of PC.
Accepted papers will be restricted to maximal 8 pages for regular papers and 4 pages for short papers in the conference proceedings in double column format. Final papers will be managed by the CPS managers. Authors will be required to submit their camera-ready versio to a CPS online author kit web site and transfer copyright of their paper to CPS. Accepted papers will be available via the online schedule at the conference, and will be available to the CPS Digital Library. Extra or additional hard copy is NOT provided after the conference.
Conference Registration and Attendance
Each paper will be required to register by an author. Only papers with registration completed can be further included into the final proceedings of the conference.
